Open Europe is delighted to announce the appointment of Henry Newman as its new director. Henry joins Open Europe having worked as a special adviser in the Ministry of Justice and the Cabinet Office. He has taught politics at the School of Oriental and African Studies and elsewhere, and studied at the University of Oxford, Harvard University, and the London School of Economics.

Open Europe’s Chairman, Lord Wolfson, said:

“I am delighted to welcome Henry Newman to Open Europe as our new director. Henry’s intellectual rigour and political experience are ideal qualities to lead Open Europe in its mission to help create an open, free, and liberal post-Brexit Britain.”
